Dangote Refinery Fuel Distribution: Dangote Petroleum Refinery loads over 2,000‑truck daily
The Dangote refinery offers credit facility to oil marketers, says free fuel delivery will begin soon.
The move, backed by price reductions, is part of the company’s marketing efforts to drive patronage for its petroleum products and incentivise distributors.
On December 12, the refinery slashed the ex-gantry price of its petrol to N699 per litre a N129 cut from N828.
In a notice on Friday, the organisation invited “petrol station owners and dealers” to register their outlets to benefit from the pricing offer.
“This offer is available to all petrol station owners and dealers nationwide. Our free direct delivery service will commence soon,” the refinery said.
In a new notice posted on Dangote Group’s official X account on Saturday, the refinery said all existing and new customers can now purchase 250,000 litres, a minimum purchase order reduction from 500,000 litres.
Additionally, the company said oil marketers can also benefit from a 10-day credit facility backed with a bank guarantee.
Before th recent price cut, the refinery slashed its ex-depot petrol cost to N828 per litre, from N877.
In December 2025, Aliko Dangote, president of the Dangote Group, said his refinery will continue to reduce the price of petrol to compete with importers of the product.
