Lafarge Africa Technical Skills Development Program (TSDP) 2026 | Open Applications Form
Lafarge Africa Plc invites qualified Ordinary National Diploma (OND) holders to apply for its 18-month multi-skilled vocational training program in the following areas:
– Maintenance Processes: Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation, Welding & Fabrication
– Cement Manufacturing Processes: Production, Process, and Quality
The program offers tuition-free lectures, hands-on technical training, and a monthly allowance.
Participants will receive a Lafarge Internal Certificate upon completion.
Eligibility:
- OND from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 5 O’Level credits, including English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and one other subject (max 2 sittings)
Training Locations:
– Ewekoro, Ogun State
– Mfamosing, Cross River State
– Ashaka, Gombe State
