POSITION: Sales Agent (MTN FibreX)
LOCATIONS:
• FCT (Abuja)
• Kano State
• Anambra State (specifically in Ngozika, Onitsha, Awka)
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an MTN FibreX Sales Agent, you will be at the forefront of our customer acquisition efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and onboard new subscribers for MTN FibreX services within your assigned territory. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of fiber optic technology’s benefits.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Actively generate leads, prospect for new customers, and drive sales of MTN FibreX products and services.
• Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of FibreX.
• Manage assigned sales territories to maximize outreach and achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide accurate information about FibreX packages, pricing, and installation processes.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and activity plans.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
Education:
A First Degree in any related discipline (e.g., Social Sciences, Management, Marketing, Business Administration) from a recognized institution.
Experience:
• Proven sales experience, preferably with a track record in the telecommunications industry or related sectors such as ICT or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
• Demonstrable experience specifically in Fibre sales, a strong understanding of its applications, and effective territory sales management.
Skills:
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide variety of people.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, for reporting and administrative tasks.

Highly self-motivated, target-driven, resilient, and possess a strong work ethic.
COMPENSATION:
• Basic Monthly Salary: ₦150,000.00
• Additional Incentive: Attractive variable commission structure based on sales performance, offering significant earning potential.
