Federal Polytechnic, Damaturu Admissions 2025/2026 Academic Session
Federal Polytechnic, Damaturu (often called FEDPODAM) was established in May 1993 through the Federal Polytechnics (Amendment No. 2) Decree of 1993. It is located along Maiduguri Road, Damaturu, the capital city of Yobe State, Nigeria.
The main goal of the Polytechnic is to train middle-level technical manpower with strong technological and entrepreneurial skills to promote self-reliance and national development. Its motto reflects its mission: Technology for Self-Reliance.

Application Procedure (Online)
ND applicants must have at least 100 marks in the 2025 UTME and 5 credits in NECO, WAEC, NABTEB (max. 2 sittings).
Apply online via https://fedpodam.edu.ng with a ₦2,000 fee.
Note: Those who did not choose the Polytechnic as first choice can change on JAMB portal.
HND applicants must pay ₦6,000 online and follow portal instructions.
